First, wait 1–2 minutes and refresh the page — webhook delivery can have a short delay. If coins still haven't appeared after 10 minutes, email us with your order ID from LemonSqueezy and we'll credit your account manually.

Some pages (Chrome Web Store, chrome:// URLs, browser settings) block extensions by design. Try on a regular website. If it still doesn't work, try reinstalling the extension or check for updates.

Yes! Email us with the character name and source. We can't guarantee every request, but we read all suggestions and try to prioritise popular ones.
